The Subchapter S Bank Association held its Tenth Annual Conference on May 3-4, 2007 in San Antonio, Texas. Over ninety CEO’s, professionals and principals from across the country were in attendance, making this year’s Conference a smashing success. Twelve industry experts and professionals spoke on a variety of topics, including Sub S investment strategies, tax and audit issues, proposed legislation, ESOPs, estate planning, and concluded with a look at the current M&A market. 

We appreciate the support of all of our attendees and thank you for your active participation. In years past, observations and questions from the audience have always greatly enhanced the quality of our Conference, and this year was no exception. The Association would like to especially thank all of the presenters for making this year’s Conference the best yet.
